We are a small family-run business proudly providing Florida residents with personalized pest control services for over 30 years.
Our
Would you believe us if we told you our business began in a car? That’s the kind of passion that drives Kendrick Pest Management, and it all started with our amazing father.
Our father set the foundation for our family business by working out of his family’s car. In 1989, he provided pest control services for local neighborhoods until he could afford a truck of his own.
Over the past 30+ years, our dad’s dedication and tenacity inspired our family to be part of the team. In 1999, daughter Holli joined the office staff, followed by his son Warren as a technician in 2002. And, after her babies were born, his daughter Ashley (and her husband!) began working as technicians in 2015.
Together, we share one vision: that a small company can do big things for Florida residents needing pest control.
Approach
Our solutions over sales mindset allow us to give each client the attention they need. We look to advise clients, not sell them services. No one wants pests. And, the last thing we want is for you to waste your time, energy, and money on treatments that will not solve your pest issue.
We ensure each of our technicians takes the time to analyze and diagnose your situation. This gives us the information necessary to provide a transparent overview before performing any services. We want to empower our clients with education so that they can make the most informed decisions for their homes or businesses.
Rather than requiring contracts for each service, we let clients choose solutions à la carte. We understand that life isn’t linear – things like moving or hurricanes happen. That’s why we offer individual services free of sneaky required contracts. The only exception to this is fumigation, which by nature is a more intensive treatment that requires a commitment.
No matter the service you need, the environment is prioritized at every step. We will never spray just to spray – we will only apply treatments where necessary. In addition, we carefully selected products for their effectiveness and environmental safety.
